No waiting rooms, no drop-offs — just a proper, professional clean delivered with mobile convenience. 🔹 What’s Included: Full vacuum of the interior, including boot and under seats Fabric seats shampooed or leather seats cleaned and conditioned Carpets and floor mats deep shampooed Dashboard, centre console, and door cards cleaned and dressed Interior windows cleaned streak-free All plastics wiped and restored with a natural, clean finish We use premium tools and products — including upholstery machines, steam where needed, and detailing brushes — to ensure every surface is treated with care and cleaned thoroughly. Cancellation Policy
The Level Detailing — Customer Service & Policies At The Level Detailing, we’re committed to delivering exceptional car detailing while ensuring a clear, professional, and trusted experience. Appointments & Cancellations Booking: Book via our website, phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time. Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed by email or phone, with reminders sent 24 hours before service. Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. Late Arrival: If you’re delayed by over 15 minutes, we may need to reschedule or adjust the service time to respect other bookings. Service Times Time estimates (e.g., 1.5 hrs for Mini Valet, 2.5 hrs for Full Valet) are based on average conditions. Actual times may vary depending on the vehicle’s size and condition. Services could take longer or shorter than expected. If you have strict time requirements, please inform us when booking so we can try to accommodate you. Pricing & Vehicle Condition Our prices reflect vehicles in average condition. Heavily soiled cars — with extreme dirt build-up, pet hair, or signs of long-term neglect — will require more time, products, and labour. Extra charges apply in such cases to account for the added effort and any necessary schedule adjustments. We’ll always aim to inform you of any extra costs as early as possible. Service Guarantee We take pride in our craftsmanship. If you’re not fully satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll promptly address your concerns. All services are fully insured for your peace of mind. We handle every vehicle with care. Payments We accept cash, major cards, and digital payments. Full payment is required upon completion. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Should any issue arise, contact us, and we’ll work to resolve it. Customer Conduct We expect respectful, courteous behaviour during all interactions. Abusive or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of service. Vehicle Preparation Please remove all personal belongings before your appointment, as we are not responsible for lost items.
